11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a luminous yellow light that moved across the sky at the speed of an Echo satellite It finally gave the appearance of disintegrating when it dropped 3 or 4 smaller yellow pieces which burned out before they reached the ground.
