BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object moved across the sky, appeared to stop and then started again and disappeared just like a light being turned off. The light was a light white when stationary. Flaring red lights. Observer stated after about 1 minute or less followed, the disappearance of the UFO a low flying jet came overhead and flew in same direction from which the UFO disappeared.
