11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared to spin and at times had a pinkish cast, at times bright red then bright again. Object was round and had re-blinding lights on top. Lights appear to be rotating around outside of object and were brilliant as object proceeded on level flight path. Investigation office stood North Central Airline route from Grand Forks, North Dakota, through Devils Lake and proceeded to Minn. This route passes on a line from west to NE of the sighting location.
