11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched a round shaped object with red and green lights flashing. There was a halo about the object that flashed on and off irregularly. Upon flashing on, the halo stayed on for about 2 seconds outlining and showing the metal skin of the object distinctly.
