BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched a blue-white colored object with a rotating red light in the eastern sky. Another part of the report the witness said that the object came from the Sd. The light followed the same course during the observation. It disappeared and would reappear. At one point it appeared as two white lights which fused into one large ball of light that stood still. The initial report said that the object came from the Sd but later reports stated that it was moving towards the Sd. Also, she drew that the object came back to almost its original position that it was first seen.
