Observer stated his conclusions the sighting referred to was VENUS prior to setting on a clear cool evening, as they have seen the VENUS was setting, 1945h on an azimuth of 297 deg elevation at time.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS of sighting:
Object was round like a light and size of a grapefruit held at arms length. Red then turned green, then off-white. Object appeared in the west, proceed northwest and disappeared over the horizon.
CONCLUSIONS: Con'td: the same thing several times since.
