10. CONCLUSION Astro (N:GN) Observer later wrote one said she was looking at the moon through clouds which made the object appear AS IT DID.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated object was bright then faded away. Object was a circle then a half circle about the size of the moon. Object was stationary, which just faded out of sight.
