BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object had a dome at the top and a round light inthe front. The light changed from reddish orange then to green. The observer stated that the object hovered, swooped down behind him, and zoomed away. Without data and detailed flight characteristics a meaningful evaluation is not possible.
