11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated that object appeared as a light with some sort of a tail that was very brighter. Observer stated that it appeared to be brighter than a star. It had no visible sides. The color was intense, bright light,(blue-white) and orange. Object appeared to be moving in a northwest to north direction.
