11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched a white light travel toward the western horizon. The light was brighter than the brightest star. One observer said that it looked like a street light flying through the sky. The object went down in a very slow manner. The conclusion is consistent with that of an aircraft observation.
