11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer noted a blue-white light traveling toward the north. The light was low on the horizon when first seen and disappeared behind a hill. The object only appeared as a light therefore no shape or size was detected. The description is consistent with that of a satellite observation.
