BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: [HW:] Observer watched a white light with a smaller red light move in the sky without making any noise. The object gave off a whitish light with a small red light in the center. The red light was blinking off and on at two second intervals. The object appeared much larger than a C-130. Contact could not be made with air warning due to insufficient address. There was not enough information to warrant a detailed study.
