CONCLUSION: Satellite(Echo II) [HW:] At 20:33 GMT EchoII was over 96W-40N on a north- erly heading.
BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched a star like object traveling toward the north. It seemed to travel at a very slow rate of speed, and took about 10-15 minutes to travel across the sky. It made no sounds, just looking like a slow moving star.
The description is consistent with that of a satellite observation.
