11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched a star-like object travel toward the SSW. As the object moved slowly at first then picked up speed, observers noted it moving left and to the right before coming back to its original position.
Echo II was over the point N12W 30N at 04:35Z and traveling toward the SSW.
