BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched a reddish-bluish colored object disappear into the clouds. The object was seen in the North Philadelphia area. This information conflicts with the completed Form 154. The times are different and there is no correlation. There was no sound at all heard. The object was shaped like a teardrop.
Two major discrepancies are noted. The witness said that he observed: the object for 23 seconds in one case and for only 3 seconds in another. He also said that he saw two objects together but another he said 2315 EDT. The case is carried as conflicting data.
