BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer watched a cigar shaped object with its long axis parallel to the ground flying toward the NE. The altitude was about that of a small flying aircraft. The object followed a course NS and had an incandescent coloration like that of an aircraft. The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation.
