11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Pattern of lights, traveling at a very low speed at low altitude, lights were green when first sighted, but then turned to a bright flashing red. They would stop and blink very fast. Information in letter was quite sketchy, therefore, 154 sent.
