At the time of the sighting VENUS was at 105 deg azimuth and 15 deg elevation.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer noted red light in the eastern sky which faded out and then reappeared and finally faded out again. Observer reported that there were clouds in the sky which could be responsible for the way the light behaved.
