11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted two red flashing circles the size of two apples in formation side by side. Upon disappearance there appeared below and between the two red lights like a rocket thruster igniting. Observed in the West traveling west and ascending above the horizon, Level flight until ignition of the thruster then object ascended above the horizon The probable cause of the sighting was the after glow and navigational light of an F-100 which was airborne over Otis AFB at the time of the sighting
