BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two witnesses sighted a big red circular object while driving in a car from Sale City to Moultrie, Georgia Observer stated the object was on the west side of his car also stated that it was over the front right of the car A c eek of the local map reveals that in order for the object to be in front of the car it must be on the east When first sighted it was at about and seemed to be a great distance away It seemed to move over the road and come down toward them When the witness stopped the car the object stopped also He then said that it seemed to be 50 yards in front of him and shaped likea big tilted cup When he started moving the object started moving again also Witness ever had seen anything like this before The moon since he stated that he asked the passenger if she had seen this moon when it was red The moon is approaching last quarter and rises at approximately-the same time as sighting FORM FTD SEP 63 O-229 (TDE) Previous editions of this form may be used
