11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Sighted object pacing a Piper cub. Object was 2 times the size of the Piper cub. Witness stated that there wasn't any sound except that of the Piper cub. Looked like two saucers inverted with one on top of the other. It disappeared by speeding up and flying away.
Evaluated as an aircraft according to characteristics and flight pattern. Nothing indicated that it could not have been a conventional aircraft.
