11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was round, about the same color as a jelly fish, appeared to be about 100 ft wide and 100 ft high. Looked like there was a plastic bubble on the bottom. Looked like it had pit marks on its surface. Object was in the Southeast and rising. Was visible for over 2 hours.
