10. CONCLUSION Astro (XOON) [HW: Moon - Bridgeport] Moon at 23h:44m (setting in W). Sirius at 40 deg elevation in S (Too small). Sound like A/C. 164 sent for more information.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers saw an object at about 30 deg elevation in the SE. The object was circular, like the bottom of a hot metal, with the yellowish-orange color. It seemed to be surrounded by clouds or smoke, gave a very hazy appearance. At first they thought it was the moon but it seemed to move somewhat to the North. It seemed to move towards the observers and downward. It vanished after about five minutes.
