11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer saw a bright light, bright as aircraft landing lights, traveling at steady speed and course from West to East. Light disappeared by fading out. Observer stated that it looked like a meteor except that it was traveling too slow and traveled in a straight line.
