11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a bright light resembling a burning magnesium or a strobe light. The color was blue-white. The object was moving from the SSE, stopped, made transverse movement, and continued out of sight. It was traveling about as fast as a jet.
