CONCLUSION AIRCRAFT The object was a KC-135, call sign Ghost 76, making penetration off RCI-VOR at 1807Z, back over VOR at 1815Z. This was determined through review of records at Ellsworth RAPCON.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a cylindrical object, bright white in color estimated size at 75 feet in diameter and one-fifth of diameter in depth. Object flew out of clouds, made a 180 deg banking turn and flew back into the clouds.
