11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers saw a green object the size of a grapefruit descending at a 15 deg angle with the horizontal. Object had a green tail about [ILLEGIBLE] ft long when the object disappeared it appeared to float and disintegrate before hitting the ground The object did not make any maneuvers.
