Witness frequent reported of UFO's . Regards herself as "Skywatcher".
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer spotted a big red ball in the sky. It kept disappearing and reappearing. It had a saucer appearance. Observer watched it for an hour. It was cloudy. Object was estimated to be 1/3 deg above horizon.
