11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted an orange-red spherical object. It appeared as a flaming sphere with a slight tail approx one-third the diameter of the object. The object was seen and it travelled a steady course to the west turning north. View of object was obstructed by building and object was not seen afterwards. There were no n/c in the area.

FOREIGN REPORT: Sounds like Meteor except for duration and turn course (if correct). Rules out decay. Could be Jet with after burner except no jets in area.
