BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted what appeared to be a white line of lights in between two gray plates. The object was moving in an elliptical orbit in the NW. The object was about 15 deg above the horizon and it seemed to yaw and bank. Observer saw it for about 10 minutes when all of a sudden it seemed as though someone had switched the lights off.
