10. CONCLUSION Astro (JUPITER) Jupiter in east at 70 deg azimuth 15 deg elevation rising. Sighting characteristic of astro body. Witness observed object five times before this.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared to be a small round dot, smaller than/c navigation lights. Red, white, alternating. Object appeared to wobble. Object was observed at least five times before and reported to Portland AFB. Object at that time was alternating green/yellow. 30 deg above horizon, just east of city and half way between horizon and star cluster. Object was still under observation while report was being made. Jupiter dn/Up 15 deg elevation, 70 deg azimuth.
