11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object round in shape, bright white. Not all trail or exhaust. Was observed 20 to 30 deg above the horizon. Object moved to a lower angle and diminished in size slowly. It apparently moved away directly from the observer and appeared lower on the horizon. Binoculars (7X5) used. Venus mag -3 at 16h:53m, 230 deg azimuth, 10 deg elevation setting at [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE.
