11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer described the light as extremely bright resembling a star that seemed to move constantly about the sky. At one time observer stated the lights separated into two lights and some time later the two light seemed to rejoin into one. Observer thought she heard a sound like a propeller-driven a/c and that the object moved East, then headed slightly South and increased altitude.
