11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object oval, size of golf ball, White, Light unidentified A/C reported to be circling object. Reported to be at tree top level, hovering with rapid forward accelerations and decelerations. Reported by youth. Observation from two locations. Erratic motion confined to small area as evidenced by light a/c circling object. Could be balloon, but object observed for 20 minutes and object did not rise more likely an astro body, with impression that a/c was circling object.
