Description similar to Satellite except for duration. Witness has seen this on many occasions therefore likely that Satelline is close.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Round object at 20 deg elevation in SW in flight to 30 deg above; in N/E, 25 degrees, brightened and dimmed at 2 second cycle, Object with 4 lower Field shapes. Witness has observed many objects of this type during the past year. This is the first ones he reported. Seem to be at a greater distance than MMX Satellite or N/C. ECHO I and II off by about 30 minutes. Not VEGASUS I, II or III.
