11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object as bright as the stars close to it. Looked like a bright star. Changed brightness and appeared to stand still at times. Dimmed for about 5 seconds. No sound. Looked like a star only appeared to be much closer. No trail. Came from East and then turned North. Appeared to stop when it changed directions. Speed very fast. At high angle of elevation.
Witness has made multiple reports. Others in Psychological category. This report sufficiently clear to evaluate, although the stopping duration was not included and the duration excessive.
The general tone of the report in view of the witness imagination is that an A/C was the likely culprit.
