10. CONCLUSION INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR EVALUATION Quality of information extremely poor. Witness claimed that object accompanied by ringing sound. No other reports from this area, although sighting for 10 minutes during day.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Three objects like marbles circling in small area. One went away. Very poor data. Color white with black streak. Ringing sound.
Objects observed high in NW at 1:15 PM. Cloudy day. Sun in back of observer. Objects disappeared behind clouds. Also observed on 8 August. Object not in sight continuously.
Data probably confused by the imagination of the observer. One witness, 12 yr old youth. Data obtained by 164 on follow-up. Duration reported was 9 minutes, 10 seconds.
