ECHO II over the area at 0610Z heading NE at 24 deg elevation. Probably over estimation on duration.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Round object like a star in flight from South to North zig-zagging across sky. Observed on previous occasions. Faded before it got to maximum WX included varying amounts of cloud cover. Sat in flight is usual description of Satellite. Attempt at specific object.
