BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was round with red, white and blue flashing lights. It was moving back and forth across California at an estimated speed faster than a possible airplane. Object was seen through a Telescope. Two boys ages 14 and 15 observed object position to WEST MAIN AT 26° EON horizon in process of setting.
