11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS AIR Pilot on cross country from Gulfport, Miss., to Oklahoma by observed a light about 10 miles off the right wing of own a/c at 26,000'. Travelling same speed of own a/c and remained there for about 10 minutes at which time it increased speed to Mach 3. No target on Radar scope area reported by PILOT at Houston. Message relayed from England AFB, LA.
