11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Bright white star shaped object flashed red and white just before going over the horizon. Initial sighting at 30-35 deg elevation in West moving to 10 deg elevation in NW at time of disappearance. Flat arc type of trajectory.
