11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Lights moving across the sky at high altitudes and on various headings. The lights appeared to change colors from red to blue.
COMMENTS: No additional reports. Investigator viewed sky and saw only bright stars. Considered the report to be non-significant due to observation from heavily populated areas at a time when many people were outdoors. No additional reports from area. Evaluated as misinterpretation of conventional lights or objects.
