11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS UFO made strange sound. Hovered but moved away when anyone approached it.
COMMENTS: Duration indicates a possible Astro sighting, however the report indicated sound accompanied object. Report second hand. Insufficient data for evaluation. Witness name and address not included and no follow up. Form sent to local police for delivery to the witness. Form returned with Address unknown.
