10. CONCLUSION: Satellite (PROSPECT III) (ZON I) AND I over Michigan at 26/0156Z, in flight to US, accounting for one of the objects. At 45 deg elevation PROSPECT III at 26/0105, landing HE are the two satellites under observation.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Yellow/white star-like objects observed on two occasions. Same size shape color etc., 3m minute interval. Described as a fast moving, white building intermittently. Initial estimate of distance was an estimated 8 to 13 deg elevation in ZN. First star-like arc observed by other persons throughout the evening.
