11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Crescent shaped object with a tail, changed brightness. Height: [ILLEGIBLE] miles. Angle: [ILLEGIBLE] degrees or less than EXO. Positioned Northeast for [ILLEGIBLE] long. Descended in elevation from 45 deg to 15 degrees.
COMMENTS: EXO I was over Dayton at 21% at 62 deg elevation heading EX. Time is within limits of reporting error. Direction within brief is consistent with the arc through which the object passed. More likely EXO then A/O, which is also a possible cause of the sighting. Evaluated on EXO I.
