Data presented indicates that an a/c.reflecting sun could have been a logical cause of top sighting.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS

Scattered clouds, reflected light, star or other planet object in C/D to right to L/R and fading, no shape visible, half fuzzy and half sharply outlined, disappeared behind cloud, looked like a balloon only moved too fast.
