11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Flight brighter than a star, erratic motion, changed brightness, flashed a flickered, had stationary portion of sighting but hit twice like a ball, speed was fast then slow, fast then slow etc., flight from East to South heading SW.
