10. CONCLUSION Satellite (ECHO I) At 21h, ECHO I was South of city, at 73 deg elevation, moving SE, at time of observation.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object diamond shape and comparable to a star or planet or about the size of Venus. A very bright (white). Erratic movement, between 2d and 3d star of big dipper. No contrail A/O sighted after disappearance of object North to South direction.
