Object evaluated as ECHO I if time was EST and NOT Daylight Savings Time. If time was BST then some other Satellite was the likely cause. 11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Starlike object moving steadily across sky from West to East. Stopped and observer could not relocate the object again. Thought to be a star or Satellite by the Witness.
