11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS White light far to the West which turned to orange and red flashing. Object hovered and dropped out of sight. Time of observation at dusk.

COMMENTS: Venus at 7th Mag Mars 11th 50m Jupiter 4th 3lm Sun at about 6th on ecliptic. Not likely that Venus would be visible. Star REGULUS at 10h setting at about the time that the object was reported to have disappeared. Evaluation as Astro body consistent with data presented. REGULUS concluded to be the object under observation.
